Here are some things Summer and Bruce have: an undeniable connection to each other, a mellow dedication to fun, one of the coolest mothers of the bride ever, and a wedding anniversary I will always remember (my birthday). I have written and re-written this paragraph enough times to know that it isn’t going to get any better than this, and I can’t come close to topping Summer’s smile, so I won’t try. I’ll fill you in on a few details, and then just turn you loose on their extra memorable, extra fun wedding. Bruce risks his life fighting fires for us. Summer has a disarming charm that I hope i was able to capture. The venue was a private residence because their booked venue went under… shortly before the wedding. We improvised the tie-as-blindfold 5 minutes before the first look, and we even found one to match his bowtie. They honored their moms with roses during the ceremony, each delivering the white flower to each other’s mother. The reception was insanely fun, and I didn’t want to leave.
Thanks to one of my oldest (but youngest) photography homies, Jared Herr for shooting with me.
